Husk pieces and fiber are separated, allowing raw coconut peat to be extracted.
Step 3 - Ageing
The materials are aged for 3-6 months to increase stability.
Step 4 - Screening
Experienced staff check the peat for quality before it moves on to be processed.
Step 5 - Washing
A weeks-long washing process ensures accurate EC and pH levels.
Step 6 - Drying
The cleaned material is then dried by the most natural method available: the sun.
Step 7 - Compressing
The dried material is compressed into blocks and slabs.
Step 8 - Inspecting
A final, thorough quality check is performed, removing any impurities.
Step 9 - Packaging
The finished product is then packaged according to your needs.
